[00:00:00] You know what's good this is rich and I'm here with a quick message in that message is you do not have to fall off because it's the holidays but you do have to plan ahead. So what do I mean by that? I'm going to give an example for self I knew that I would be traveling. And so I looked where I was going. I found a gym that was nearby that has all the equipment everything that I need the same type of stuff that I'm able to do when I'm working out at home so that when I travel, I can sign up for that gym
[00:00:30] and I can get a free membership, get that seven day pass, get my workouts in. I'm also bringing along my weight lifting clips, my weight lifting belt, my weight lifting gloves so that I have everything that I need and no excuses when I'm traveling to break from my workout routine even as far as creating time. And I know that there's the feeling that we create for ourselves is oh we don't want to be gone or we don't want to be spending time away from family or being rude. No you got to be selfish
[00:01:00] and take care of yourself even when you're on the road. And if you plan accordingly whether it's with this which I think is even easier to plan for than planning food because during the holidays you're around family, I believe food is part of community relationships culture. It's part of what helps us to have an enjoyable life experience. But there are things that you can do if you plan ahead so you don't run into the same obstacles and excuses that you run into every year that you end up feeling bad about afterwards.
[00:01:29] And the holiday season I encourage you to prepare plan ahead think about what you need, anticipate the obstacles. The things that come up every year that frustrates you that get in the way of your momentum and your progress anticipate those things bring what you need, create the space you need and keep your momentum through the holidays. That's all I got today be safe. I'm out. Peace.
